CEA: complimentary tickets for disabled customers to bring a companion
- Disabled customers can claim a free ticket for a companion, to facilitate their visit. Register for Cinema Exhibitors Association (CEA) card, which can be used at most UK cinemas, and which you can use to obtain your free CEA ticket online from our website. If you don't have a CEA card number, phone us or pop in to purchase your ticket, and claim your complimentary companion ticket.
Booking Fee
- All tickets include a 50p booking fee to cover our admin charges - but as of October 2023 you pay only the face value of the ticket charges, nothing extra.
Refunds and Ticket Changes
- We only issue refunds if a screening is cancelled
- If you have booked tickets and find you are unable to attend, please contact the cinema as soon as possible. Without any obligation, we will seek to swap your booking to an alternative event or film, or issue you with a credit, but we can only do this with sufficient notice.
