The Life of Chuck (15)

Stephen King is most famous for his horror stories, but he's in fact a much broader author than just that, The Green Mile and The Shawshank Redemption spring to mind for example.

The New York Times titled its review of the new film of Stephen King's story "The Life of Chuck" with "Don't worry, be happy" and it's certainly a feel-good film for the times we live in.

Told in three chapters, we follow Charles Krantz (played by the endlessly charming Tom Hiddleston) at different stages of his life, from adulthood back to boyhood, in a genre-bending, feel-good, romantic fantasy musical drama that explores how the dreams and passions of a completely ordinary man can still have cosmic power in the past and future.
